You are responsible for the accuracy of onboarding data and account credentials
You must protect account access and notify support of suspected unauthorized access
The platform must be used only for lawful billing and service operations
Fraudulent billing, unauthorized data access, and abusive usage are prohibited
We aim for reliable operations but availability may be affected by maintenance, network dependency, or force majeure events
Planned and emergency maintenance may occur to preserve security and stability
Subscription and service fees are governed by the active commercial plan
Non-payment may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination per policy
Tenant admins are responsible for defining and enforcing their own customer-facing terms and privacy commitments
The platform provides tools, but legal compliance of tenant customer policies remains the tenant's responsibility
Support is provided according to the applicable service arrangement
Features, integrations, and workflows may evolve over time for product and security reasons
Platform use is at your operational responsibility
You agree to indemnify the provider against claims arising from unlawful or abusive use of the platform under your account
Access may be suspended or terminated for policy breach, abuse, or non-payment
Upon termination, data handling follows applicable retention and legal requirements
These terms are interpreted under applicable law and the active commercial agreement
Continued use after published updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms
