Common questions
Do I pay for inactive subscribers?
No - only active users in a billing cycle count toward your invoice. Inactive or suspended subscribers are excluded.
What happens if a customer does not pay?
RADIUS disconnect fires automatically via CoA. No manual action needed - the subscriber loses access the moment their session is terminated by the billing engine.
Can I use my own M-Pesa Paybill?
Yes - you configure your own M-Pesa credentials in the platform. Payments go directly to your Paybill; paygrid never holds your revenue.
Do you charge a percentage of my revenue?
Only on hotspot if you choose the commission model. PPPoE and Static IP billing is flat per active user - no revenue share.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalty or exit fees.
