Analytics and operations

How do I read reports and analytics?

Filter revenue, customer, network, and support reporting by period, router, and service type, and export router monthly reports.

Analytics is the reporting workspace. Every figure on the page respects the filters at the top, so you can read the business for a chosen slice rather than only in total.

Filters

  • Period - today, 7 days, 30 days, this month, last month, this year, or a custom range.
  • Router - one router, or all routers.
  • Service type - all, Hotspot, or PPPoE.

Revenue and billing

  • Top plans by revenue - which packages actually earn.
  • Sales peak hours - when customers buy.
  • Package performance comparison - plans side by side on the measures that matter.

A revenue KPI row sits above these sections, summarising the headline numbers for the active filters.

Customers

  • Expirations timeline - how many accounts expire when, so you can plan retention activity.
  • Subscriber growth trend - net growth over time.
  • Churn rate trend - how many customers are being lost.
  • Package mix - the distribution of customers across plans.

Network

  • Online users timeline - concurrent usage over time.
  • Data usage trend - traffic volume over time.

Support

  • Ticket statistics and a ticket breakdown table, shown to staff who can view tickets.

Router monthly reports

Finance → Router Monthly Reports holds the generated summaries for each router. These bundles can be downloaded as PDF or XLSX and include the recommendation summary for the month, which is useful for a monthly review with a client or an owner. Individual router reports are also reachable from the router's own Reports tab.
