How do I manage a customer account?

Review account details, update service expiry and plans, record payments, resend credentials, or end customer service.

Open Customers → All Customers or Customers → Active Customers, then open the customer row. The account page shows its state, common actions, and service details.

Find account information

General Information shows the package, expiry, balance, bundle limits, account state, connection, current IP and MAC, router, account number, rewards balance, and credentials. Use Sessions to review devices that have connected. Other tabs include Reports, Payments, Billing Invoices, Communications, Contact History, and Extra Information for notes.

Change service or account details

  • Change Expiry moves the account expiry. Hotspot and Data Plan services use a date and time; PPPoE and Static use a date and expire at the end of that day in the workspace's local time.
  • Change Next Plan chooses the plan for the next successful renewal.
  • Schedule Plan Change queues a plan change for a future date.
  • Record Payment records an offline payment for this customer and extends service. It is attributed to the customer; Finance → Billing → Payments → Record Manual Transaction creates a separate transaction record without customer attribution.
  • Add Customer Note appends a note to the account.

Contact or end service

Use Send Voucher, Send Hotspot Access Code, Send PPPoE Credentials, or Send Portal Credentials to resend the relevant customer information. Regenerate Portal Password issues a new customer-portal password and can send it to the customer. Open Customer Portal opens the customer's portal view for support.

Revoke package (expire now) ends service immediately and disconnects the session. For PPPoE and Static customers, the renewal portal can still be available after expiry.
