The captive portal is the page a walk-in hotspot customer lands on before they have internet access. It is where they see your plans, pay, and receive their access code.
Configuration lives under Settings → Captive Portal, with a Redesign action that opens the visual portal builder.
Branding and content
- Page title and tagline - the headline text on the portal.
- Logo - show or hide your logo.
- Background image and colour scheme - the portal's look.
- FAQ - show or hide the help section.

What appears on the portal
Which plans are shown to walk-in customers is controlled per plan, with the Show on captive portal setting. Plans marked Popular or offered as an Offer are highlighted. Portal promotions and advertising are managed separately - see Messaging and campaigns.
