Open a customer from Customers → All Customers to change one account's expiry, record an offline payment, or manage its next plan. The customer list also has bulk Pause Selected Customers and Resume Selected Customers actions.
Pause or resume selected customers
Select customer rows and choose Pause Selected Customers or Resume Selected Customers. Confirm the action. PayGrid queues the request and shows a message that processing is underway. When a paused customer is resumed, the expiry is extended by the pause duration.
Change expiry or record a payment
On the customer's record, choose Change Expiry to set a new end date. Hotspot and Data Plan accounts use Expiry Date & Time; PPPoE and Static accounts use Expiry Date. A date-only expiry is set through the end of that day in the workspace's local time.
Choose Record Payment for cash, bank transfer, or another payment collected outside the gateway. This records the payment for that customer and extends service. Use Change Expiry for a goodwill extension that should not create a payment record.
Change the plan at renewal
- Change Next Plan saves the plan that applies on the customer's next successful renewal.
- Schedule Plan Change schedules the new plan for when the current plan expires. The customer needs an expiry date; set one first if PayGrid says the change cannot be scheduled.
To end service immediately, choose Revoke package (expire now) and confirm. This expires the package and disconnects it. PPPoE and Static customers can still reach the renewal portal after expiry.
