Leads is the sales pipeline for people who are interested but not yet customers. A lead is a lightweight record - it holds the contact details and enough context to follow up, and nothing about network access.
What a lead holds
- Name, Phone, Email - the contact details.
- Source - where the lead came from (for example a referral, a walk-in, or a campaign).
- Status - where it sits in the pipeline.
- Temperature - how warm the lead is, for prioritising follow-up.
- Interested Plan - the package the prospect is considering.
- Estimated Value - the value you expect if it converts.
- Assigned To - the staff member responsible for following up.
- Follow-up Date - when the next contact is due.
Working the pipeline
Filter the lead list by status, source, or assignee, and sort by follow-up date to see what is due. Closing a lead is a conversion: a lead that decides to buy becomes a customer record under Customers → All Customers, where the credentials, package, and expiry are set up. See Manage subscribers.
