To change the wording or channel used for system messages, open Settings → Notification Templates. Choose the relevant tab, edit the message, and set its enabled state and delivery channel. The available message groups include Payments, Customer Lifecycle, Usage & Rewards, and Welcome.
Choose the message group
- Payments contains Payment Confirmation messages for Hotspot and PPPoE / Static. For Hotspot, choose whether confirmation is sent on every purchase or only the first purchase.
- Customer Lifecycle contains Expiry Alert and Expiry Reminder messages, with separate Hotspot and PPPoE / Static enable controls.
- Usage & Rewards contains Bundle Warning, Bundle Exhausted, Rewards, and Fair-Usage Policy (FUP) messages. Bundle warning threshold (%) sets when the usage warning is sent.
- Welcome contains separate welcome messages for Hotspot and PPPoE / Static.
The page displays the available template variables for each message group. Use only variables shown there so the message can be filled with the correct customer or transaction details. Notification templates control message content; channel credentials and expiry reminder timing are managed in Notification Setup.
If a message is not delivered
Check that the message type is enabled and its channel is configured under Settings → Notification Setup. A template does not configure a provider or sender.
