Open Outreach → Communications → Portal Ads and choose Create Portal Ad. Enter an Ad name, optional Start date and End date, and choose Media type.
Add the media and target
- For Banner image, upload one JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF image up to 5 MB.
- For Video, upload an MP4 or WebM file up to 50 MB, or enter a direct Video URL. Provide one of these sources.
- Use Show on routers (leave empty for all) to target specific routers. Leave it empty to show the ad on every router.
- Add an optional Website when visitors tap the ad destination URL to make the banner link to your website.
Leave Start date blank to start now and End date blank to keep the ad running until turned off. Show on login page controls whether the ad is enabled for display. The Portal Ads list shows saved ads and lets you review or edit them.
