Getting started

What can I manage in PayGrid Billing?

Manage subscribers, network access, billing, customer service, communications, and reporting in one workspace.

PayGrid Billing is one workspace for the whole ISP: subscriber accounts, network access, billing and payments, and customer communication. This documentation is written for the people who operate the platform day to day - owners, support staff, and network admins.

Core operating areas

Subscribers and customer service

  • All Customers / Active Customers - find, filter, and manage every subscriber account across Hotspot, PPPoE, and Static IP services.
  • Leads - a built-in sales pipeline for prospects, with conversion into a real subscriber.
  • Tickets - support requests raised by staff or by subscribers, with assignees, priorities, and status.
  • Customer Relations - follow-up settings and lifecycle actions for your base.

Network and access

  • Routers - your MikroTik inventory: provisioning, live status, resource usage, availability, and per-router reports.
  • IP Bindings - router-scoped device bindings with reserved addresses.
  • Plans - the internet packages you sell, including device limits and validity.
  • Vouchers / Batches / Resellers - prepaid codes, batch generation, and reseller distribution.
  • Fiber / OLT - ONU and hotspot ONU device tracking.
  • Hotspot Portal settings - the captive portal your customers see.

Billing and finance

  • Payments - subscriber payments, receipts, and reconciliation.
  • Invoices - itemised invoices, reminders, and state.
  • Expenses - operational costs for reporting.
  • Payment gateways - the collection methods you accept, configured under Settings.

Communications and reporting

  • Messaging, Promotions, Portal Ads - direct messages, campaigns, and captive-portal promotions.
  • Analytics - operational and recharge reporting.
